This app sucks! It drops calls and loses service every thirty seconds. I can receive texts but I can't send them although it's part of what I paid for. Any time an incoming call comes in I can't answer so I have to call them back. Zero stars. If Skype had stayed up and I didn't absolutely need to keep access to my phone number I would not be on this app. Also, when it's time to add credit, Google rejects my verified payment method. Too many problems when you need it most!

This app really sucks. The voice of the other person comes delayed and yours go the same way. You can't talk to the people without having interruptions in calls. Once you have any problem, there is no dedicated customer support to help you out. If your credit ends, you aren't able to purchase the credits because this app is full of errors. Both laptop and mobile versions of this app sucks. Don't waste money on this app if your use is a little more than average.

I have been using this app for about a year, but it has serious issues that affect daily use. The screen does not turn off when I bring the phone to my ear, causing accidental touches and even dropped calls, which is very frustrating. Also, the incoming voice quality is very poor, with low and unclear sound even at maximum volume. Sometimes it becomes hard to understand the other person properly. These problems make the app unreliable and difficult to use. Developers should fix these basic isue
