stays encrypted on your Android phone. No servers. No cloud. No accounts. No ads.

Most period-tracking apps are data-harvesting platforms. They log your cycle, moods, symptoms, and fertility patterns—then sell
aggregated insights to pharmaceutical companies. Cara refuses this model. We store your data locally, encrypt it, and never

DESIGNED FOR CALM

Cara's interface is intentionally ambient. An animated ocean-wave background flows through six daily phases—night, dawn, morning,
midday, sunset, dusk. Your cycle data is color-coded with gentle hues: coral (menstrual phase), teal (follicular phase),
lavender (luteal phase). No notifications. No badges. No streak gamification. Just clear, honest cycle tracking.
