You tell us who's cooking for whom, what your family eats, and any allergies. We generate a full 7-day plan, an ingredient-consolidated shopping list, and step-by-step recipes that actually respect your time.

Tell us once per family member. Every plan, every swap, every ingredient is checked against the household's allergies before it lands on your week.

A separate lunch pattern for kids: nut-free by default, one hot component, one snack, one fruit. Culturally accurate: dal-rice-pickle counts.

Meal planning apps assume a suburban American Whole-Foods diet. Our families eat rasam, hot pot, tagine, and shakshuka. Our kids need lunchboxes that don't smell "weird". Nobody was building for us. So we did.

Your data is encrypted in transit. AI runs on Anthropic's Claude via our secure backend: the model never sees your name, email, or address. Full data export any time (Settings, Download my data). Full deletion any time.
