Unable to log in. App is completely frozen and won't accept any input or touch. I see the log-in screen but I literally have no keyboard or any touch input available. I think it's due to the update yesterday. It worked great before and today it's broken. I cleared the cache and restarted the phone and reinstalled the app with no luck. something on the app is fundamentally broken on Android 13

I have had it on my phone for a week now. It's crashed 6 times when trying to set it up with my coach. It will not let me write to my coach without crashing. And will randomly close while I am watching tutorials. Update: crashing significently less. Still not very intuitive with the setup. But developer is acknowledged and improving APP in timely manner. Update: It was fixed up until around December 2022. It has since gone back to not working. Tried contacting developers but could not find email

MAKEUP FOR MATURE SKIN

I have been using this app with my coach for 2 months with no problem. Today I needed to send her a video. The app wouldn't let me. It didn't need an update but I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. Now it doesn't remember my password. I've reset it 5 times! When I do get in it's in dark mode and I can't see videos or leave my coach notes. I hope this gets fixed ASAP!
