About this app

Cobuild is the field app for construction teams who would rather be on the jobsite than at a desk. Log the day, check the schedule, find a drawing, and ask the assistant what needs your attention — from your phone, with or without a signal.

Built for the people doing the work, used by everyone running it:

• General contractors and project managers see every project in one place, with today's schedule, open to-dos and the latest daily logs on the home screen.
• Superintendents and foremen file daily logs with photos and keep the punch list moving.
• Subcontractors and vendors see the tasks assigned to them and mark work done as it's finished, from their own phone.

WHAT'S IN THE APP

• Daily logs: notes and photos, with the day's weather alongside. Share a log with the customer or generate a PDF report in a tap.
• Schedule: month, week and agenda views for every project, colored by stage or phase. Mark tasks complete, set status, and assign people.
• Documents: scan with the camera, upload a photo, or pick a file. Scanned pages are text-searchable, so you can find the spec sheet by what's on it.
• Punch list and to-dos: items grouped by room, with photos, priority, due dates and the trade that owns the fix.
• The assistant: ask about your jobs, schedule or project documents. Answers cite the document and page they came from, and any change it proposes waits for your approval.
• Quick add: a photo, a document, a daily log, a to-do or a calendar event, two taps from anywhere. Scan a project's QR code to jump straight to it.
• Push notifications you control: schedule changes, daily logs submitted or shared, change-order requests, documents attached. Turn off the ones you don't want.

WORKS OFFLINE

Daily logs, photos, documents, to-dos and schedule items save on your phone the moment you create them and upload as soon as you're back on signal. No manual sync, no lost work. (The assistant reads live data, so it needs a connection.)

MULTI-COMPANY BY DESIGN

Cobuild connects you to your own company's project management system. If you work for more than one contractor, add each as a workspace and switch between them. The data you see and the projects you log against are controlled by the company you work for; you won't see anyone else's projects, and nobody else will see yours. Sign in with your work email, then unlock with a PIN or your fingerprint or face, and sign out any device you don't recognize.
