I've been doing business with CoinMetro for a long time now, and I really appreciate their service and their support team. They've always been really responsive and helpful whenever I've had any issues. Verification was pretty easy too. They also recently added the option for debit / credit card deposits which are nearly instant which is nice. They charge a $5 flat fee to withdraw to bank account which is reasonable for larger withdrawals. They're my go-to crypto exchange.

The app won't let you complete verification. the buttons are just greyed out. Can't upload bank statement or complete UK compliance questions.

After downloading and setting up an account in the app, I tried 15 times on 3 different devices to kyc verify using my drivers license only to have an error keep occurring on all my devices. I then reached out to support via email, only to then be told that they only want a passport for verification. Ok so why would an option be available for using a drivers license or government ID if that isn't what they want to verify? Makes no sense, I don't have a passport. What a joke!
