awesome product! it has helped us locate our little explorer several times now. very accurate on roads. can be a little confusing in areas where there are no roads to guide you, but then she's probably moving, so that's understandable. have tried air tags but those have significant limitations. benbengo is far superior and their customer service was great the one time i had to contact them.

works amazing. only problem is I can't change the notification alert. it sounds like my text messages, so if it's an alert that my boat is being stolen I could think it's just a text from someone.

it's horrible to try and zoom in or out on the map. most of the time I have to completely close the app and reopen it to get it to work. I wish I could add geo fences by looking up the address too, I don't want to have to drag it to that spot on the map
