In order to use the MYCAR™ App, it will require a connection to the internet via cellular or WiFi.

This app used to work great. Could start my truck, shut it off, see lock status, run time, vehicle location, etc. The app basically does nothing now. Hasn't updated vehicle location since July. Doesn't tell me any kind of status. Doesn't let me know if the vehicle started or not. First year worked great, it was free for first year. Paid for year subscription, hasn't worked properly since.

App has gotten better with time. When I first got the remote start unit and installed this app, I would have rated it a 2 at best. I was lucky if i could get it to work back then. It has gotten better over time (about 2 years now) and starts my vehicle a majority of the time. Every once in a while I have to force close the app and then try again and it works the second time. I'm not seeing the repeat failures others are reporting.

Not what it use to be. Originally purchased in 2018. Yearly price was $29 and it was reliable. 2019 price increased $10 and they took away the 3 year package that was $49 or $59. Then I started having issues, especially when it was below 32 degrees Fahrenheit,0 Celsius for you Canadians(Eh). Whenever it is cold it would fail over 60% of the time. Currently it's failing 15% of the time but it's because they want me to spend $100 to upgrade the hardware in the car. Why should I pay for an upgrade?
