This is the WORST. The remote start feature almost never works. The lock/unlock feature is hit or miss. It has reached the point where I don't bother using the app at all because I know it's not going to work, so why bother. When I contacted support for help they told me to reach out to the installation center. (I had already taken it back to the installer before contacting tech support. My installer said everything looked good on their end.)

Doesn't work well. Stops working for days then decides to work. Won't connect to vehicle. Used to work great but the last few months have been very bad. EDIT. Contacted support, they said they had an outage but it's fixed. App worked for maybe 10 min. after i gave them serial number. Now going on day 3 now with no connection. Emailed support again and no answer. EDIT 2. I would stay away from this product at all costs. Support is non existent.

Installed on my 2018 Sequoia. I wish the app showed a timer to reflect how long since the remote start was turned on. Also some sort of indication that the car is actually running. Maybe an animation showing exhaust coming from the back of the car or something. Twice it has appeared to work but when I went to the car it was not on. Otherwise great product, easy installation. I see you're reply, however mine does not show any timer , or turn green. The start button turns green for a few seconds.
