You go all-in on one thing — then quietly fade. Cycle helps you see that pattern instead of just living it.
Cycle is for people who run on obsession. You pick a project, pour everything into it, then drift before the finish line. Cycle tracks the whole arc — the rise, the peak, and the fade — so the pattern becomes visible, honest,
and finally something you can work with.
WHAT CYCLE DOES
• Start a focus — Give it a title, a category, and a concrete finish line. Not a vague goal — an actual end point. Category suggestions appear as you type, drawn from the ones you've used before.
• Daily check-ins — Log a 1–10 intensity rating each day, with an optional note. Thirty seconds, no friction.
• A journal for every focus — Check-ins and notes land on one scrollable timeline, so you can look back at how a run actually felt. Jot a quick thought any day, not only when you rate the burn.
• Live cycle phase — Cycle reads your last few check-ins and tells you where you are: Rising, Peak, Fading, or Dormant. Nothing is hand-set — it's all computed from your own data.
• Focus forecast — Open any project to see its trend since day one, how predictable your cadence is, and a straight read on how likely it is to fade if nothing changes. A live "what if I check in today?" shows the difference
one check-in makes — and you can tap to see exactly what's driving the number. No black box.
• Pattern memory — After a few completed or abandoned projects, Cycle learns your average cycle length and warns you when an active project is approaching your usual fade point. The "you normally drop off around here" nudge —
right when it matters.
• Commitment trail — Finishing and abandoning are both tracked, with an optional reason when you quit. Closed focuses become a read-only record you can revisit. The record stays honest, so the pattern stays real.
