About this app

DailyBridge is built for two main purposes:

Want to cut your screen time but can't do it alone? It lets someone else know and help.

Living far from those who care about you — just want them to know you're OK? It brings them peace of mind.

Every evening, DailyBridge automatically emails one simple summary of this phone's day — your screen time, the places you went, or both — to the people you choose. Let them help you cut down your screen time, or simply set their minds at ease. It's your own phone and your call — pause or resume the daily email anytime.

KEY FEATURES

1. Set it up once, then forget it's there.
After setup, DailyBridge runs silently in the background and sends your report every evening, on its own. You never open the app, tap send, or have to remember a thing — so no day goes unreported.

2. Your own inbox, plus up to four you choose.
The daily email's first recipient is always you; from there, add up to four more people who'll see it too — a partner, a parent, a close friend. Nothing for them to install — it arrives like any normal email, on any phone or OS, even an iPhone.

3. How long — never which apps.
Whoever you choose sees your total time, your longest sessions, and whether today beat yesterday. They never see which apps you opened or what you did inside them. A summary, never surveillance.

4. You choose what's in each email: screen time, places, or both.
A simple map of the day's stops can ride alongside your screen time — a daily digest, never live tracking. Location stays off until you switch it on, shared only when you want it.

5. No account. Nothing sitting on a server.
Your data stays on your phone and leaves only as that one daily email, to the people you chose. No analytics, ads, or tracking SDKs. The developer never sees it — and uninstalling wipes every trace.

However you use it — to cut your screen time with someone in your corner, or to set worried minds at ease without a daily call — it takes one setup. Pick the people, and let DailyBridge do the rest.
