The app was decent when there were orders. Then I got deactivated for inactivity even though my last order was probably within 2 weeks. (this was a while ago) I've been holding off on this 1 star because I thought maybe I fill out the form and I'll be back because I am still active on other catering apps. Filled out the form, was told "too many drivers not enough order, try again in 90 days" and the form hasn't existed since October 2025. I text to ask for updated form but get an AI chat bot

I downloaded the new app and its not working . When u go to the portal it's to big you can't see the save button when you go on delivery location where you ping how far your willing to go in your area also you don't see how much money you're willing to go out of the zone to pickup a delivery . (The little bar you mark $40.00 -$80.00) . If they may size it down a little .it would be cool . Also when you go to settings the availability button doesn't stay on . It doesn't allow me to sign in once I

I was on their waitlist for over a year, when I finally got accepted, I took several low paying gigs because I heard in order to get the higher paying gigs you had take a few offers which were mostly bad paying gigs, so I took them. A few months ago, I reached out to support letting them know I haven't been receiving any offers. They said everything was OK with my account. A few weeks later, they deactivated my account due to no activity. I reached out to support, again, crickets...
