I loved shopping for instacart. the extra money coming in. it's nice until you really need it and they deactivate your account for no reason after years of loyal shopping. no explanation, no email, and no way to contact them to even ask why once they cut you off from using the app. I shopped for them for years then one day poof and it was gone. that really hurt. you can be a loyal shopper with pretty much all on time deliveries and decent ratings then suddenly your app tells you deactivated

I have been doing instacart on n off for years. when I first signed up, it wouldnt show me certain orders until after I activated my card. if they knew my card was expired, they should do the same thing- not show orders where a physical card is needed. because I did not know, I had to miss out on the payment and affect my cancellation rate. instacart you need to fix this!!!!!!

Is this the only place to leave app feedback? Some things have been fixed, thankfully, but I've noticed: 1. If a mistake has been made at checkout, like items swapped, it's not mentioned to drivers until AFTER delivery (if 1 shop/1del), so we are hoping to make it back to the store before the customer picks up. 2. When getting meats, if it weighs more than listed it won't let you add even if deleted and added or okay'd by customer. Also need to add plastic or paper bags somewhere before checkout
