Reliable enough as a shopper, gets the job done. Super frustrating when it regularly crashes at the checkout, then takes 30 minutes to reload while I have customers orders in the cart, then it asks why I'm delayed in delivering orders all while the app is frozen, and this has been increasing. Also regularly freezes as I am attempting to deliver an order, usually having me stuck in front of a customers house while waiting for my phone to load while their groceries are waiting in my car.

This app regularly crashes and gets stuck on loading screens. There's issues with qr scaning at some stores. There are never enough support members to actually help. I had a double batch where user a refunded all of their items and the app wouldn't let me check out, cancel user a's order, or cancel the whole order without speaking to support. I tried to reach support for over 30 minutes before giving up. Out of the 43 orders I've done I've had no app trouble on maybe 10 of them.
