I've contacted customer support several times about the "eye" icon not showing on the map. They always say the issue will be escalated and that someone will reach out to me. No one has responded. Additionally, the app does not give enough time to accept an order. Someone almost always gets the order before me. Do not offer several people the same order at once. It's an unfair business practice. Even Doordash and Uber give about 30 seconds to respond before offering the delivery to someone else.

My app will freeze in the middle of an order. I thought it was a low memory phone issue however I purchased a new phone with plenty of memory and it still happens. It will turn to a black screen then I have to restart my phone at least 2 times for each order. Taking pictures at delivery is the worst. Any suggestions?

Worst customer service I have ever gotten, I couldn't even get the app set up, they say just reply to their emails and they'll get back to you when solving problem but when you try to email you get a response saying that the email that you sent it to isn't valid. Oh and if you actually try to email the one just below this it'll tell you that they don't actually monitor and check that one so there's no point in my mailing it either 🤷🏻‍♀️
