Most dog whistle apps play a tone and hope. Dog Whistle proves the sound is real, then helps you train with it.
A WHISTLE YOU CAN TRUST
• Any pitch from 100 to 22,000 Hz on a smooth slider
• Steady tone or pulsed bursts, plus a built in clicker for marker training
• A clear chart of who hears each pitch: you, your dog, and your phone
• Ripples around the whistle button follow the actual sound leaving the speaker, so you always know it is playing
SPEAKER CHECK
Run the speaker check and the app plays 11 test tones while listening with your phone's own microphone. A tone the mic hears back was truly in the air. The verified range is saved onto the hearing chart, so you know exactly what reaches your dog instead of taking our word for it.
TRAIN WITH A METHOD, NOT JUST NOISE
Six short guided routines, in the order real trainers teach them:
1. Charge the whistle, so the sound means something good
2. Whistle recall
3. Quiet on cue
4. Sit at a distance
5. Wait and settle
6. Leave it
Each session times itself, counts your cues and wins, and ends with a summary and your response rate. Keep a day streak and see every session in History.
QUIET MODE
Prop the phone up near your dog and Quiet mode listens for barking, then answers with a short high pitched pulse that most people barely notice. Adjustable sensitivity, a live mic meter, and a count of barks answered. It pauses listening while it responds, so it never sets itself off.

• Free, with no ads, no account, and no internet needed
• Nothing is ever recorded or saved. The microphone is used only to measure sound on your phone, for the speaker check and Quiet mode

Every dog is different. A high pitched tone gets attention, but lasting behavior change comes from the reward based routines in the Train tab, done in short and consistent sessions. Results vary by dog and by phone speaker, which is exactly why the speaker check exists. If your dog ever seems uncomfortable, stop, lower the pitch or the volume, and keep sessions short.
