About this app

Back up the Android folders you choose — photos, documents, anything — straight to storage you control.

FilesToEuro sends your files over HTTPS from your phone directly to the storage provider or server you pick. There is no FilesToEuro account, no server of our own and no middleman.

SUPPORTED STORAGE
- Koofr
- Hetzner Storage Box (WebDAV)
- Nextcloud
- Any other WebDAV server over HTTPS
Koofr and Hetzner are European providers. With Nextcloud or your own server, you decide where it runs.

HOW IT WORKS
- Choose one or more folders on your phone and a destination, then tap "Back up now".
- Deleting a file on your phone does not delete it from your backup.
- If a file changes, its new version replaces the previous backup. Versions are not kept.
- Files on the server that FilesToEuro did not put there are never overwritten.
- Backup Health shows your last successful backup and your last attempt.

Android decides when background work runs, so scheduled backups can be delayed by battery saving.

- This version does not encrypt files before upload, so your storage provider can access them.
- To restore files, download them from your storage provider.

What’s new

Added Nextcloud as a storage destination alongside Koofr, Hetzner and custom WebDAV servers. Backups with many files now check what's already uploaded much faster.
