About this app

This application is not available for general use. It is exclusive to members of Formda sports centers.

Formda members can easily perform the following actions with this very simple application:

- Review the details of their purchased membership or session services,
- Make instant reservations for group class programs, tennis lessons, or private lessons at the sports center,

- Track their reservations separately and cancel them whenever they wish (in accordance with club rules),

- View their latest body measurements (fat, muscle, etc.) and compare them with past measurements if they wish,

- Submit suggestions and complaints to their club,

- Pass through the turnstile at the club entrance using the QR code feature on their phone.
