Fixbench Workshop is the mobile workspace for repair teams using fixbench.app. It's designed for owners, receptionists, technicians, and managers of electronics or automotive repair shops.
GET STARTED YOUR WAY
• Log in with your email and password, Google account, or Apple account.
If you're an owner, create a new workshop from the app.
• Use the same account in the app and on fixbench.app.
• Secure access with two-step verification, user permissions, password changes, and recovery keys.
WORK DAILY IN ONE PLACE
• Check the workshop's activity level, active and pending orders.
• Manage appointments: confirm or reschedule times and convert them into orders.
• Register customers and receive equipment or vehicles with a guided workflow.
• Create and track orders, assign responsibilities, and keep notes, conversations, and history.
• Document diagnostics, findings, evidence, and quality reviews when those modules are enabled. • Add services and parts, view totals, and record payments or credits related to physical repairs.
• View and manage inventory according to your permissions, including stock levels, costs, photos, movements, and alerts.
• Scan QR codes, barcodes, serial numbers, and VINs with your camera.
• Receive notifications about assignments, quotes, signatures, and relevant changes.
• Print labels and receipts using compatible system options or configured printers.
• Switch between the workshops you belong to and contact support from the app.
The experience is tailored to each organization. Each user sees only the functions and data permitted by their role. Technical diagnostics, evidence, signatures, inventory, appointments, and other modules may vary depending on the workshop's configuration. Data is kept synchronized with the web platform.
Fixbench Workshop is intended for workshop staff. Customers use their private links or the Fixbench Customers app. The app does not sell digital products or subscriptions.
The camera is only requested when scanning or capturing evidence. The gallery uses the system selector. The microphone is only requested when the user starts dictating; the recording is neither saved nor attached.
