Used to be free to log workouts, but I bought a PowerPack that was supposed to be lifetime that allowed you to have warm-ups planned, as well as a plate calculator. They removed those features a few months ago, and you needed an ongoing subscription to access them. I could still access the free version, which at least logged my workouts. Now, even that is gone, and I'm required to pay $12 a month just to be able to log my workouts?? No, thanks. I can create a simple spreadsheet for that!

Used to be 5 star review. But the constant ads to upgrade have brought it down. I bought a lifetime pass, but I still receive a pop-up that I can't close out of after every workout. I understand having a premium subscription and even a little "Try Pro!" in the corner or when you click a premium feature. But an uncloseable, multi-page pop-up during typical use for a program that I already paid for? c'mon...

Update: I can no longer access any of the app, including my history and data, unless I pay $12 a month subscription. I used this app for years and now all my progress is locked behind a paywall and my past "lifetime" purchase is gone. - 2018 review: Been using for a while and got locked in early on the lifetime pro membership. I think it's totally worth it if you are serious about making gains in the core lifts. I like the addition of assistance exercises and it syncs great with my fitness apps.
