I can't even open the app it's not working at all please fix it for me since when I've downloaded it I haven't log in cause it's not opening at all

I've been trying using this distributor since 2024, and it's never worked!, they always find an excuse not to release anything, Now I wanted to release the music I've been working hard on since 2025. I wrote, composed, and mixed it myself. Everything was going well, and I was very happy with the release. And they sent an email simply saying that all my work was content generated by artificial intelligence!, But these songs are not AI, I don't even support AI, The vc is robotic bc it's auto tune!

I accidentally uploaded my album with my audio quality being terrible, so I tried to find a way to remove it from pending but I couldn't find it. So now I have to wait a week and pray that there will be a deletion option. Also, I emailed the company about this issue and never got a response. Terrible service. Use routenote instead.
