the app is great but work on the internet connection, its 90% unstable and the app lags a lot due to network failure,the new updates didn't fix the main issue of the app freezing and connection loss,please fix these two for a better app experience

hi my username is Angel, from Nigeria. Ever since I created an account on collective memory it has been a sweet experience plus the app is a user friendly and well secured. kudos to the brains behind this innovation. although my journey have been smooth I suffer a challenge on login my profile when it's on live. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to fix it but no positive result. To the collective memory support team kindly fix my issue I mentioned. thank you and good luck

the idea of the app is very cool, but i am unsure about the execution. the app is buggy, disconnects a lot, and sometimes has an issue with uploading media or deleting it all together. (at least from my experience). i tried the cashout function from the app but it just does nothing. says i have no balance for some reason. hope this gets fixed soon. when you upload photos/videos it drops the quality and saturation of the media making it look pale and gray. and you can't change your profile pic.
