UI leaves a lot of improvement, it is very confusing. workouts are high volume, way too many sets of everything and overworking same muscle groups in the same day. Coach takes big assumptions on weights and not considering all the different levels of strength of everybody when he says "for most people, this would be removing one 45lbs plate" and similar. Honestly I cannot recommend

The workouts are great. I've purchased three already and worked through them for about 6 months. The app needs a little work. The timers regularly stop on their own, the notification buzzer is too quiet and gets lost under music, and some inputs register as text, while others are numerical. It's kind of random. Thanks Ryan for the great workouts. I can't wait to see the evolution of the product.

Ryan is awesome, and I love his channel. The workouts are good, but this app needs work. It's difficult to navigate because the cluster and paused set interface looks like you're reentering data over and over. That wastes time and causes unnecessary confusion for trainees just trying to learn from this man's mountain of knowledge. It would be nice it it remembered your previous workouts so you can progressively increase workload.
