TREAT CUSTOMER's LIKE BEGGARs... Self Centered Policies.. In any situation they forget user are their customers. They just refunding your ride amount and saying we are refunding and shut down the calls even in mid ways.. trating like a beggar... What about the girls who travel.. m
Even now this hasn't been solved. Rides sold out before 23 hrs. Booking opens God knows when. And if rides are on first come first come basis, then subscription passes should also be that way, or there should be more vehicles. No use of pass if not able to use all rides. Seamless travel Shuttl is definitely not if we have to stress about seats being sold out all the time.!
Customer care executive never attends call and why last ride always has to be cancelled for reshudiling and after shuttle miss the last ride also missed.. and price hike is too much . You are not providing this much premium services but charges are for premium luxury buses. Others services are better than yours. No route to ggn metro stations in morning , what one will do if office is near metro somehow and person wants to use shuttle.
I started using this app 5 days back. My experience has been excellent so far. Spacious and ac buses are so convenient. Everything is available on my mobile..I can track the bus..I know exactly how much time it will take to reach my stop. The bus is always on time.
Did success came easy to these guys? Or are they too sloshed to even see everything that's going wrong with their service. 1. The no. of bus seats in totality along a route must be equal to the Shuttl pass bought. There is no point in buying one if you see a "Sold Out" every time you open the app. And booking before 23 hours is not the answer to this problem. 2. The service went from good to bad to worse to "Chod yaar". The buses get cancelled. At times, could not get on the bus as the the ride does not show on app. The bus breaks down. And that is not even the worst part. 3. The worst part is their horrendous customer support. Your calls don't get attended. Your mails go unanswered most of the times. You are left stranded at most times with no backing The app should know that the people booking the buses are not going on a joyride. They are the normal working classes who have commitments everywhere to keep. Try upholding and respect the efforts of others !
Sometimes the shuttle decides to come & leave early; sometimes the shuttle comes late; and sometimes, it just decides to use a different route, leaving you stranded. Seriously! EDIT: Is that so? Because the shuttle drivers say that the specified timings are not communicated to them at all, so they have no choice but to follow a different schedule.
