I couldn't board the shuttle at all for my first ride, inspite of waiting at the pickup point for a long time. The drivers were not arriving at the pickup point. While trying to cancel, I found the option not functioning. After having rescheduled my ride twice, I had to board a cab finally. Since I couldn't enjoy my first ride free of cost, so I must be given the option for another one.

I have been using shuttl for quite a few months and have observed that for quite some days the service has detoriated. the booked cabs have been cancelled at the last moment, the cabs don't come on time at the pickup point especially during the evening time,the customer support team is not responding on time. i am really quite disappointed with the quality of service that is being provided.

Worst app ever! I tried to reserve a shuttle, which was three minutes from the pickup place, but when I reserved a bus, the money was already taken out and the shuttle had already crossed the pickup area. When I tried to contact customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do and that the money was non-refundable. First off, this app is not something I would suggest using. It was also quite pricey and had poor service.
