Nutrition tracking built for Hebrew speakers — not a translation of a foreign app.
Most nutrition apps are built around an American food database. When you search for "mellowach," "cheese borax," or "5% cottage cheese," the results are simply not there. Here, the database was built from the start from data from the Ministry of Health and the products that are actually in the supermarket in Israel.
■ What's in the app
• Daily diary — record what you ate, see how many calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates are left for the day. Without calculating anything yourself.
• Israeli food database — thousands of items in Hebrew, including branded products and ready-made meals. Search that understands spelling errors.
• Barcode scanning — scan the packaging and the values are entered automatically.
• Personal plan — answer a few questions (age, weight, goal) and the app calculates a calorie and macro target that suits you. You can also enter manually.
• Weight tracking — a trend graph that shows the true direction, without being alarmed by daily fluctuations.
• Saved meals — "My breakfast" is saved once and added with a click.
• Workouts and water — a brief record of the type of workout and glasses of water per day.
• History — a sequence of days, weekly averages, and graphs that show progress over time.
■ Why here?
• Full Hebrew, including correct orientation — not a reverse interface.
• No ads. At all.
• No selling information to third parties.
• Data is synchronized in the cloud — log in from any device and see the same diary.
• You can download a copy of all your data at any time.
• Complete account deletion from the app, without sending requests to anyone.
■ Privacy
Log in with your Google account — without remembering another password. Your nutritional information is saved in a private account and is not accessible to any other user. Full Privacy Policy: https://gramwise.app/privacy
■ Important to know
The app is a tracking and recording tool only. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for the advice of a doctor or dietitian. Consult a professional before making any significant changes to your diet, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have diabetes, or have a history of an eating disorder.
Nutritional values vary between brands and preparation methods, and some items are explicitly marked as approximate values.
