I cancelled and they still charged me. I cancelled my subscription last year after I realized that this didn't work for us. Just found out that they still charged me again. Don't purchase this if you want to keep your money

I've been locked out of my account and when I try to log back in with my number, the code that gets texted to me doesn't work, no idea how to get this sorted. no help line or email address to contact

Didn't get further than having to sign up. Why would they need my phone number? Seems like a data selling scheme to me
