Room for improvement The Asana app does not allow for Workspace or Project management (no adding/removing/editing/re-ordering). Also it seems to ignore Project ordering within a Workspace applied via the web interface. This can be pretty annoying and I would call it a bug. Adding tasks is not as easy as via the web interface. It's not just type and press enter. All together the app is not bug free and it's feature set seems to be intended as an addition to the full featured web interface, rather than a possible replacement.
Bad update Notification aren't working and never remind the task as alert or something with the pink is annoying, I love blue version
Hurts my eyes I'm sure it's intended but still... color palette is awful. Please focus on usability and performance. Changing colors is not a good way to satisfy your loyal users, speeding up your app will.
I love asana....but not the app No sort by date....makes it unusable. The 3rd party MyAsana app which has not been updated since 2013 is more functional and has a widget. Come on guys.....stuff we need not pretty colors.
Extremely slow. Unusable. I love Asana for Web. Asana for Android, however, is still as bad as it was 2 years ago. Extremely, extremely slow, even on my Note 3. Without a good app for Android, I'm forced to regretfully move to other services with better support.
Update is nice but they left out the most important feature Love the fact that Asana finally updated the Android app and it looks really nice, but they didn't incorporate the most important feature of all - the ability to sort tasks. So you basically just have to look at a jumbled list of tasks in no particular order. I mean, how hard could it be to add a button that sorts your tasks by due date?
This update is big. Really big. It’s the new Asana for Android. We’ve updated the navigation and look-and-feel to make it easier for you and your team to track work from start to finish.
- It’s not another blue app. We updated the styling throughout. New colors, icons, etc.
- We added animations for hearts and completion to help you celebrate.
- And of course, we have a new app icon to match our new company logo.
We hope you <3 these changes.
