The app allows fitness facilities to show structured workout sessions on large TV screens, including exercise videos, timers, sets, reps, rest periods, and upcoming exercise previews. It helps members follow workouts visually while reducing the need for repeated trainer instructions. GymStream is ideal for commercial gyms, hotel fitness centers, apartment gyms, functional training areas, and group workout zones. Workout sessions are created and managed through the GymStream dashboard. Trainers and administrators can plan workouts, schedule sessions, organize exercise videos, and assign workouts to specific branches or screens. Once the TV app is connected to an active GymStream account, the assigned workout display can be shown clearly on screen for members to follow. A GymStream account and active subscription may be required.
