Your phone counts the work. Your goals give it direction. Your people help you show up, and the apps you choose can wait until you have done what you promised yourself.

MEASURE YOUR WORKOUTS
• Count push-ups and squats with your phone's camera. Analysis happens on the phone; no images or video are saved or uploaded.
• In Coach mode, a rep counts when you reach the depth you calibrated yourself.
• Record walks, runs and rides with GPS distance, pace and time. Location is read only during a workout you start, with a visible notification.
• Count steps with your phone's step sensor, where available, or use Health Connect. Track walking, running, cycling and active minutes through your phone's activity recognition. No watch is needed. Health Connect totals can include other connected sources.
• Set daily and weekly goals for steps, minutes, kilometres and reps. Follow your history, streaks and personal records. Estimates are labelled, and missing measurements stay missing.

KEEP YOUR WORD
Turn a goal into a promise and choose a friend to receive an email when you miss it. The email includes the goal and its result, with weekly context for a daily promise. If there is no reliable figure, the email says that reaching the goal could not be verified. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

EARN YOUR SCROLL
Choose apps, a start time and binding daily fitness goals. From that time, a hold screen appears over your chosen apps while a measured goal remains unmet. A goal without a reliable measurement never causes a hold. The home button always works, the hold ends at midnight, and you can turn the feature off. It is a nudge you choose, not an unbreakable lock.

The hold uses Android Usage access to identify the foreground app and Display over other apps to show the hold screen. You grant both yourself after an explanation in Gyvo. A foreground service keeps the guard running; Gyvo asks for notifications when you enable it. The list of apps you choose stays on your phone.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
Workouts, goals, history, camera counting and Earn your scroll work without an account. Google sign-in is needed for Promises and optional cloud sync. Signing in stores your account details; making a promise sends that goal, its history and the relevant results to the cloud so it can be checked. Cloud sync is off by default and uploads your training history only when you enable it. You can delete your account and data from the app.

No ads. No analytics. Camera frames and raw GPS tracks are not uploaded. Height and weight used in estimates are included if you choose to sync those measurements.

For adults aged 18 and over. Android 9 or later; Health Connect is needed for importing its step history and body measurements. The app interface is available in English and Swedish. Some Android screens follow your phone's language.
