Hokd is a daily logbook for people who work on themselves quietly.
You log "stages" — concrete things you finished today — into one of five categories. Each stage adds altitude meters toward a mountain you choose: Mont Blanc, Everest, your own goal. The accumulating climb is your evidence: not what you planned, what you actually did.
A 3-step Sunday ritual sets your week's anchor and pins it to the top of every screen for seven days. Reflection themes let you write open-ended weekly entries. Versioned playbooks track your scripts (sales calls, difficult conversations, presentations) with outcome data. Logbook reviews summarize the climb after you reach a peak.
Pro features (optional subscription):
• AI-powered analyses — extract stages from rough notes, synthesize weekly patterns, review playbook performance, generate flashcards
• Unlimited active challenges
• AI processing runs through the Hokd backend (Vercel, Frankfurt region) to Anthropic Claude and OpenAI; your input text is sent only to generate the response, nothing is stored long-term
What Hokd does NOT do:
• No account, no login, no email required
• No tracking, no analytics, no advertising IDs
• No location data, no contacts access
• Backups go into a folder of your choice via Android's Storage Access Framework — pick Google Drive, Dropbox, local files, anything. Hokd doesn't integrate any cloud API directly.
