Ausklang is the calm opposite of a screen-time blocker.
It notices when your phone is pulling you down — and gently nudges you back to real life at the right moment. No blocking, no lock-outs, no wagging finger. Everything runs on your device, through Apple's Family Controls.
What it does
- Gentle nudges at the right moment. When you linger too long in a costly window, Ausklang speaks up. It learns the timing itself — no number sliders to set.
- Mood meets phone. Log your mood in seconds, and Ausklang shows you the link: "on lighter phone days you feel brighter," "after social media you seem a little duller."
- Activity heatmap. Your last few months at a glance in a calendar-style grid — lighter means an easier day.
- Understand your patterns. What costs you and what lifts you (by app category), when it's most likely to catch you (time of day), and your "type" from a short self-check.
- A small, proactive plan. When Ausklang spots a pattern, it suggests a fitting if-then plan, already tailored to you.
- A repeatable self-check. Light and rotating — never the long lists again — showing what has shifted over time.
- Small experiments and reflection. Try a gentle rule for a week, then reflect in a moment.
What it deliberately doesn't do
No streaks. No points. No guilt. No nagging notifications. Ausklang gets quieter over time, not louder — the goal is that you need it less.
Privacy
Everything stays on your device, in a local database. Optional sync runs only through your own iCloud — nothing passes through our servers. No tracking, no ads, no account.
Free vs. Pro
- Free: the daily loop — nudges, mood, today's insight, heatmap, one plan.
- Pro: the depth — the longer-pattern report (30 / 90 / 365 days), what costs and lifts you, mood by time of day and context, and your trend since you started.
Notice → Understand → Act gently. All on your device.
