About this app

Homefire is a calm family budget. Shared money and private wallets in one app: spending, income, reports, savings goals and investments. No ads, no trackers, free forever.

One budget for the whole family
• Invite your people with a code or a QR. Everyone signs in as themselves.
• Roles: owner, adult, child.
• For every account you choose who can see it: the whole family, selected members, or only you. Who may spend from it is a separate setting.
• Private amounts join the family total as a single line: the sum shows, the details never do. The switch is yours.

Logging a purchase takes seconds
• Expense, income, transfer; categories with icons, sellers, notes, date.
• Scan the QR code on a Russian fiscal receipt: the amount and the date fill themselves in, and the same receipt is never added twice.
• Multi-currency accounts: one account can hold rubles, euros and dollars at once.
• Any record can be made private. The amount stays in the total, the details disappear.

Reports that read plainly
• Month, quarter, year. Spending and income.
• By category, by seller, who spent and who earned.
• A monthly budget for the family and per category.
• Savings rate: how much of your income you set aside, in calm words instead of grades.
• Report currency: rubles, euros or dollars. Converted at the central-bank rate on each record's own date; the records themselves never change.

Savings goals
• A set amount, "so many months of spending", or an open goal with no target.
• A goal can live inside a deposit or be pinned to units of a fund, so you can see where the money actually sits.
• Personal and family goals; goals can be merged.
• Salary rule: on payday the app gently suggests setting something aside, and moves nothing until you tap.

Investments, in the same calm place
• Deposits with a rate and a maturity, stocks, funds, bonds (coupon, accrued interest, redemption), crypto, cash by currency.
• Portfolios by account, per-position and portfolio returns, dividends and coupons, full entry history.
• Your phone pulls quotes from the Moscow Exchange and other public sources; any price can also be kept by hand.

Badges and streaks
• Badges for first steps, consistency, good habits, investments and family wins.
• A tracking streak with a freeze: miss a day and the streak survives. No guilt, no pressure.

Calm and safe
• PIN and fingerprint or face unlock, kept only on your phone.
• A device list: sign any device out remotely.
• Delete your account inside the app: 30 days to change your mind, then the data is erased.

Honest about money
Homefire is free: no ads, no paid features, no data selling. It is built by one developer for his own family and lives on voluntary support outside the app.

What Homefire is not
It does not connect to banks and never asks for your bank credentials. You enter records yourself or scan a receipt. It is a tracker and a planner, not a broker or a financial adviser: it gives no investment advice and executes no trades.

Russian, English, German, French and Italian. Light and dark themes.
One family budget: spending, goals, investments. No ads, free forever.
