About this app

Orders come in by email. Someone has to print them. ItJustPrints does it for you.

Point your order emails at ItJustPrints and they print on your Wi-Fi printer within seconds: the email itself, its PDF and image attachments, or both. Shipping labels, packing slips, kitchen tickets and receipts come out on paper with no computer in the loop and no tapping print all day. The app runs on the phone or tablet you already have at the counter.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick your printer. ItJustPrints finds network (IPP) printers on your Wi-Fi and prints a test page.
2. Get your print address. Every station gets its own private email address.
3. Send or forward email to it, or paste it into the email settings of your POS, booking tool or online store. It prints automatically, in order, page by page.

BUILT FOR BUSY COUNTERS
- Works with the printer you own. No special hardware: any IPP network printer, which covers most office printers made in the last decade, and network thermal receipt printers (80mm and 58mm rolls).
- Per-address settings. Choose whether each print address prints the message, the attachments or both, and the paper size.
- Several print addresses. One for orders, one for invoices, so you always know what sent what.
- Honest print statuses. Printed, queued, or check tray. Tap a job to reprint it.
- Sender allowlist. Only senders you approve can print. Everything else is rejected before it reaches the queue.
- Multi-page safe. Long PDFs print once, in order, even if the printer stalls mid-job.

PRIVACY
