Managing your health just got a lot easier! With one secure login, you can rebook, manage, and join virtual appointments from all your favourite Jane clinics, plus read and reply to secure messages from your practitioners — all in one place.

Jane’s mobile app is a secure place for clients to manage appointments. If you’re a clinic owner or practitioner, this app isn’t for managing your business—Jane’s web version (Jane.app) is still the best place for you!

What can this app do?
- Connect any of your existing Jane clinics to one secure ID and login
- View all your upcoming appointment details at a glance
- Easily rebook, reschedule or cancel appointments—for yourself or a group
- Join secure online appointments (telehealth) from anywhere
- Read and reply to secure messages from your clinic
- Save time logging in using your phone's biometrics (like Face ID)

This app is not a directory and does not allow you to browse or find new practitioners or new clinics. Instead, it’s designed for patients and clients who have already visited and/or have accounts with clinics using Jane.

If you’re already a patient or client of a clinic, practice, or studio (who uses Jane to run their business)—perfect! Just download the app, create a new login, start connecting your accounts, and book your next massage before you have time to reach for an ice pack.

If you have never created an account with a Jane clinic, you’ll need to do that first. Start by clicking the [Sign In or Sign Up] button on the clinics or practice website/online booking site, complete your intake form, then you’ll be able to add them in the app.

I tried to configure the Mobile Jane app and ran into problems finding my clinic. I know it is in your database because I found it on the web version. I spoke with your technical support and was told that the ability to set up appointments was disabled, and my clinic verified that it was disabled. This is not acceptable. Basically, the only way one could use the app is to have this flag enabled. The clinic name should have nothing to do with setting appointments.This issue is blocking me.

I have so much difficulty with this app. especially needing to have my family on my account with my email. Oftentimes it's also used to replace a receptionist so if I need to make changes to my appointment it's very difficult to navigate. currently right now I'm thinking of using a different place for my kids appointment because using this system is so difficult. Making appointments shouldn't be this difficult.

Overall, no real issues as long as the practitioners keep the mobile version of Jane updated. One thing I wish the mobile Client version had was the ability to put up a profile picture.
