Ratings and reviews

The service is terrible. It's ridiculous trying to get a hold of someone, especially if you need something ASAP. They're literally getting paid by using us employees to book shifts, but most of the time you end up talking to an AI. Then you get the option to open a ticket, and sometimes it takes until the next day for someone to reply. Forget about calling their number you will NEVER reach live agent and there is no option to wait on the line but it disconnects you immediately.

Getting a shift is like being in a pack of dogs fighting for a steak - slim to zero. Some major areas have little to no shifts. UNLESS you're a facility favorite you likely won't get many shifts. That's a major downside of the app.

it takes forever to get to login...it keeps logging me out of the app ..can't even get a shift because I have to login every time then the shift gone...never enough shifts for my profession anyways...no travel assignments or permanent
