About this app

We made this for those who want to start knitting but say, "I don't know where to start." At KnitHelp, every pattern is explained step-by-step with video tutorials: from how to hold the stitch to how to hide the last stitch.

★ STEP-BY-STEP VIDEO TUTORIALS
Each pattern is divided into sections. Watch, pause, rewind. Slow down playback speed when your hands are busy; turn on subtitles if you want to follow along in writing. In full-screen horizontal view, the crochet movement covers the entire screen.

★ BASIC TECHNIQUES SEPARATELY
Single crochet, magic ring, chain stitch, double crochet, slip stitch, hidden decrease, increase, popcorn stitch... Each technique has its own video. If you get stuck in the middle of a pattern, switch to that technique and continue from where you left off when you return.

★ KNITTING HELPER
Is something not holding in your knitting? Take a picture and write down your problem. The helper will look at what you've knitted, explain where it went wrong, and bring you the relevant technique video. You don't have to look for someone to ask when you get stuck.

★ WRITTEN PATTERNS
The written version of the pattern: a step-by-step, touch-to-mark structure. You don't forget which step you're on. You can also write and save your own patterns.

★ YOUR LIBRARY
The patterns you start watching accumulate in your library, and you continue from where you left off. Add your favorites to your favorites.

★ HANDMADE KNITTING KITS
Don't bother searching for materials. The kit contains the yarn and materials you need to finish the project; when you scan the QR code on the box in the app, the video of that pattern is added to your account FOR LIFE. Even if you don't have a subscription, those videos are yours.

The subscription renews automatically unless canceled; you can manage it at any time from Google Play > Subscriptions.
