I received used resistance bands, with some kind of stains on both of the handles, & a scuffed phone holder. The app would never load past the found your order screen. A black box stayed in the way of whatever I needed to fill in, and wouldn't go away. Opening & closing, uninstalling & reinstalling didn't help & says "order has used for maximum # of sign-ups". So, I have used stuff and an app I can't get into, to try out the equipment.

I attempted to cancel after videos would not load for several days in a row. Why pay for an app that doesn't work when you want? I emailed back and forth with "Anna" for a month trying to cancel. They still charged me for another month, but my app says I'm no longer subscribed and I don't have access. She claimed they could not locate my account even though I use one email address for everything. I'm pretty sure their customer service is AI. I have disputed all charges with my credit card.

So far, and I've only been on the app for a week, this app is not user-friendly, does not track your progress, and has no recent discussion boards or data. The pictures shown here are not at all what you see or get on the app. I completed 3 workouts, but it only recorded 1, and I was never awarded the points for my progress. This was also after an update, I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and deleted and recreated my account all in an attempt to get it to work properly before posting a review.
