I attempted to cancel after videos would not load for several days in a row. Why pay for an app that doesn't work when you want? I emailed back and forth with "Anna" for a month trying to cancel. They still charged me for another month, but my app says I'm no longer subscribed and I don't have access. She claimed they could not locate my account even though I use one email address for everything. I'm pretty sure their customer service is AI. I have disputed all charges with my credit card.

I paid for the app for a month and then was locked out of the app about 2 weeks after. Ive been emailing with someone in customer service for the past week and a half and no one can give me an answer. All they say is to make sure I am logged in with the correct email. Ive shown them screen shots of the progress in the class and the payment but it doesn't seem to matter.

App is absolutely useless unless you pay for access. I got one of the machines, and there's no manual about how to set it up or use it, just a flimsy pamphlet directing you to the app for the manual. Turns out, no manual available in the app... just a bunch of useless options and features unless you pay for access. Don't waste your time here.
