I bought the flo pilates board along with a "free lifetime membership" to the app. Free videos for months, I felt great and was actually completing programs. Then they decided they were no longer going to honor their lifetime memberships and deceived us into a $9.99/mo subscription. They said we'll have better quality and more videos, 5 months and no new videos or programs. I know I'm not the only one paying a subscription, where is the $ going? Now the app crashes and refuses to load.

Like others, I purchased the board and had access to the app wprkouts for free, for months! The workouts were fine, it was the delivery that was very poor. Now we are supposed to pay for elementary level videos? Um...I'll pass. At least offer the previous videos for free and invest in some professional-level development for the paid videos.

The app is very elementary compared to other exercise apps I have used. All of the videos I have done so far don't have a sound to indicate the end of a set so you have to keep looking up to your phone to figure out when to stop. There is also no time between the instructor explaining the next exercise and the start of the exercise so by the time you get set the clock is already down 5-10 seconds
