Slow activation & unfair billing! Paid for a business number, but activation took 4–5 days with endless document requests. Still charged while waiting. Call quality is clear, but the signup process is frustrating and slow. Hard to recommend when you need a number urgently. The whole process should be made clear before you are purchasing the number.

Calling my friends in abroad was really easy than I thought, with krispcall. I like their interface, it was easy to navigate and customer support was pretty good than I expected. Their price plan was satisfactory compared to other. If you're looking for best and cheap phone service provider, I highly recommend this krispcall at least for personal use.

Very buggy. If you receive a call whilst on the lock screen you can answer it, but then you have to unlock the screen and go back into the app, and here it often fails. At other times the caller can't hear me properly and/or the cal just cuts out when try to answer. Also, the app takes 30 seconds to load, no idea why. I'm switching to a different provider now.
