The reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because I got my refund otherwise that would be a 1. The reason I didn't like the service is because it's kinda misleading. If you are gonna buy this service, just make sure that there are some hidden costs behind it which are not explicitly mentioned 1: the subscription cost(not hidden) 2: the cost of having a phone number, cuz I couldn't see that anywhere while purchasing 3: credits, which are too expensive as compared to other providers like twilio.

edit 2: The support team reached out and tried to understand and solve the issue. I like their proactive approach and and appreciate their new updates. -------- when I pick up a call, the application takes 1 minute to load... by the time it loads, the other side hangs up already Edit 1: There is a new update! but as soon as I pick up a call, my session expires!!! then I need to login to pick up a call!!! lol, epic fail.

Very buggy. If you receive a call whilst on the lock screen you can answer it, but then you have to unlock the screen and go back into the app, and here it often fails. At other times the caller can't hear me properly and/or the cal just cuts out when try to answer. Also, the app takes 30 seconds to load, no idea why. I'm switching to a different provider now.
