The app is fairly simple and straight forward. The only hiccup was in the initial set up. Trying to set up the esim was tough. I had to use the QR code instead. It was the simplest option. It has what you need to manage the account on the basic and slightly advanced settings (account management, hot spot usage, how long before repay, and changing small details in your account. The one feature that I would really want is Called ID. I would pay extra for that feature instead of better support.

Service is fine, but the app is hot garbage. Constant problems -- dashboard often reloads in an endless loop, or else app just decides not to work at all and just gives an error message. Only way to get it working again is to force h stop and clear cache. This is on a brand-new, fully updated Pixel 7, so it doesn't get any more straightforward. My previous MVNO's app was barebones and looked like it was designed over a weekend, but at least it actually worked reliably.

Now that I have the app working it's great, but it bugged out on the set password screen and I couldn't get past it, even after clearing cache and reinstalling. Had to go to the website and do it via "send password" because the website wouldn't let me do it the easy way either š Now that I'm here it's totally fine, but that set up was frustrating
