Good app. Made it easy to set up a family group for the 3 lines I had purchased. Shows me the current data usage for each line, which is important if you have data limit plans. Mint's cell service has been great so far in Southern California. I didn't bring over my old phone numbers so I don't know if that's a problem, but everything else has been a breeze. Goodbye Verizon after 15-20 years!

Customer service takes forever to get hold of and was unable to resolve my issues both times I tried contacting them. The only reason why I'm using them is because they have decent cell service for a cheap price. I truly hope their CS and UIUX improves, because on many cases those have been so frustrating, which makes me wonder if the cheap price is really worth it...

This app keeps crashing. It's unusable. Edit : I've found a work around. The app starts then goes black screen, if I do nothing it goes into a crash/load loop, but if I minimalize it as soon as it turns black, it'll turn white in the background. Then I can maximize it and it loads into my account. The phone service is identical to tmobil and I have no complaints there. Just the app is not good on my phone.
