The app is fine. But the unlimited plan is ridiculous. you can't share the data between phone and hotspot. Fine. But now I can't use the remaining hot spot data I PAID FOR because I've reached the 40g of "unlimited" data (separate from the 10gb hotspot). Either keep it separate or don't, but this in between game is frustrating. I used to have no issues with mint but lately it's been nothing but issue after issue and no way to get anything resolved. Customer service has been no help.

it's an overall great great service, especially for the price. has the competitors beat for sure? I wasn't getting service in a few places but other than that it's golden. the only thing I don't like about the app is the AI chat. my text wouldn't load. all I can see is what they were saying. I don't even think they got any of my messages. but hey thank you for good service

Very poor app. It literally is just portal for money. There's no help except a useless chatbot. While the service is ok, the Customer Service totally non-existent. Even their 611 line is an annoying phonebot, that offers no help. The menu system has no way to "start over", so if you get " deep in the grass" & realize you took the wrong option there's no choice but to hang up & call back. I finally reached someone when I requested Account & Transfer Pin #'s to move my service to another carrier.
