About this app

Lessen helps you stop or cut back on sports betting, using your real betting record instead of guesses.

Connect your sportsbook and Lessen reads your actual bets, read-only. It learns the hours when you are most likely to bet, and it sends you a private alert before those hours start, with three simple moves ready for that moment.

It is built for people who already know they want to change. No lectures, no shame.

SEE ALL OF IT
- Up to a year of your history, read straight from your connected books
- Your heaviest hours, days and sports, named plainly
- Every book you connect, together in one place

HELP THAT SHOWS UP FIRST
- An alert about 30 minutes before your riskiest hours
- "About to bet?" One tap any time brings up the same three moves
- "Lock me down" walls off the next 24 hours, step by step

WALLS THAT HOLD
- A protection plan with exactly where to tap: deposit limits at your books, a gambling block at your bank, a blocker on your phone

NEVER ALONE WITH IT
- Les, a text-first companion that knows your record and never gives betting advice
- Your chosen person, one tap away
- A private page for a partner or therapist, showing only what you choose

PROOF, NOT GUESSES
- Progress measured from your settled bets
- Weekly and monthly reviews, and your old pace to compare against

TWO WAYS TO USE IT
Quit Mode, for stopping entirely. Lessen Mode, for cutting down to a weekly limit you set. Switch any time.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Alerts say only "Lessen" on your lock screen unless you choose more detail. Lessen cannot place bets and cannot move money. Your sportsbook login goes to our connection partner, never to Lessen.

THE LESSEN PROMISE
Bet less in your first 30 days than an average 30 days before Lessen, or we refund your first payment. It asks four things: open Lessen each day, answer 4 in 5 alerts, finish three protection steps in the first week, and keep your books connected. It needs at least 60 days of betting history from before you join, applies once per person, and is claimed by email within 14 days after day 30. Full terms: https://lessen.app/lessen-promise

SUBSCRIPTION
Lessen Monthly is $24.99 a month and Lessen Yearly is $179.99 a year, each starting with a free 7-day trial. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions.
