The Lina app is an approved medical device for digital support for lipedema.

Lina brings you holistic support for lipedema directly to your smartphone – evidence-based, relevant to everyday life, and individually customizable. The app combines in-depth knowledge and effective exercises from disciplines such as lymphology, phlebology, physiotherapy, pain medicine, nutrition, psychology, and mindfulness.

Lipedema affects not only the physical body but also emotional well-being – the Lina app supports you in better understanding symptoms, actively influencing them, and improving your quality of life.

Observe. With the specialized diary, you document symptoms, pain progression, activity, and other influencing factors. This gives you a better overview of your personal situation and the progression of your symptoms.

Understand. Through intelligent evaluations and accompanying learning modules from various specialist areas (e.g., exercise therapy, pain management, nutrition, or psychosocial counseling), the Lina app helps you better recognize the connections – and respond specifically to them.

Act. Based on your entries, the Lina app creates personalized daily plans with targeted exercises, knowledge-based video modules, and mindfulness-based prompts. You can also create a personalized SOS plan for challenging days – tailored to your needs.
