About this app

GRaMS: Snap a photo. Know your macros.

Logging food shouldn't take longer than eating it. GRaMS turns a photo of your plate into protein, carbs, fat, and calories in about 30 seconds. No searching databases, no typing every ingredient.

THREE WAYS TO LOG A MEAL
• Photo: snap your plate and AI identifies each food item and estimates the portion
• Describe: type what you ate in plain words, like "200g grilled chicken and a cup of rice"
• Voice: just say it, GRaMS turns it into text and does the rest

Every estimate is a starting point. Adjust any item's grams or macros before you save, or edit it later from your history.

BUILT AROUND YOUR TARGETS
• Personal daily targets calculated from your weight, height, age, activity level, and goal
• Protein, carbs, and fat rings plus a calorie bar, all against your own numbers
• Weekly charts for every macro with your target line drawn in
• Water tracking in cups or liters

MORE THAN A LOG
• Ask your AI coach: short on protein today? Get quick, specific food suggestions to close the gap
• Barcode scanner: scan a packaged food to see its Nutri-Score, processing level, and macros before you buy
• Streaks: build the habit with a streak that forgives one missed day
• Weekly summary: an AI-written recap of your patterns and one thing to try next week
• Daily reminders: an optional once-a-day check-in on your progress

FREE TO START
Describe and Voice logging are always free. Every new account also gets 30 days of Premium, which unlocks Photo logging.

YOUR DATA
Your meals and photos are private to your account. Delete any meal, or your entire account, anytime. See our privacy policy for details on how photos are processed.
