Miaise is a complete practice management app for self-employed massage therapists and bodywork professionals. One app for your client records, scheduling, SOAP notes, intake forms, mileage, and payments.

Most practice software is desktop software with a mobile app bolted on. Miaise is built the other way. If you do most of your work on your phone between sessions, this is the tool designed around that.

Each therapist gets a public booking page at miaise.com/book/your-slug. Set your weekly availability, buffer time, and booking lead time. Control whether your page accepts requests, pauses new bookings, or stays hidden. Clients pay at booking through a PCI-compliant processor. No card data ever touches your account.

CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION
Structured SOAP notes with client signature capture and PDF export. Session SOAPs, full client chart bundles, ready when you need them for insurance, referrals, or your own records.

VOICE-TO-SOAP CHARTING
Dictate after a session. Miaise transcribes your audio and generates a structured SOAP draft for you to review, edit, and sign. Faster than typing from scratch.

INTAKE FORMS
Send a digital intake link by SMS or email. Clients fill it out on the web before they arrive. Results land directly in their record in your app.

MILEAGE TRACKING
Background drive detection, automatic. Review and edit segments, add manual trips, and pull an IRS Schedule C mileage report when you need it.

SUPPLIES + EXPENSES
Scan barcodes when you restock to track inventory and Schedule C deductible expenses. Capture non-barcode receipts by photo with OCR extraction.

SAFETY CHECK-INS
Before an outcall, arm a check-in with a trusted contact. Supports STOP keyword opt-out.
