About this app

Lower your stress level, relax during the day and calm down before bedtime. Almost 1000 helpful content prepared by psychotherapists, psychologists and mindfulness trainers always with you.

Thanks to the recordings available in Mindy, you will learn how to meditate and gain knowledge about mental health. You'll find your favorite ways to deal with stress and anxiety, and you'll notice more. You will clear your head, calm your thoughts and improve the quality of your sleep.

Everything that will improve concentration, give calmness, help to look at thoughts with the help of meditation and original sounds. Thematic meditations, mindfulness courses (also for beginners), original music that you can listen to in the background and breathing exercises.

Exercises to relax the body and mind: autogenic training, breathing exercises, body scan, yoga nidra, calming music. Before going to bed, you can listen to the voice of Krystyna Czubówna or Piotr Fronczewski in relaxation and bedtime reading.

Content that will show you how to formulate more supportive, friendly thoughts, get used to difficult emotions and help increase mental toughness or motivation. Development programs, interactive video exercises, podcasts with known experts. Support in therapy, before and after - exercises based on CBT.

Verified questionnaires that will help you name the symptoms you observe before visiting a specialist and will be a guide to improving your mental health. PSS test - stress level recognition, AIS - Athens Insomnia Scale or GAD-7, which assesses the symptoms of generalized anxiety.
