How it works:

Create a fitness challenge, set the rules and prize, and invite friends or other participants to compete with you. During the challenge period, everyone records their activities and tracks progress in real time on an automatically updated ranking. At the end of the challenge, the results are calculated based on the defined rules, and the winner(s) receive(s) the challenge prize.


Types of challenges available:

• Calories burned
• Distance traveled (running, walking, cycling, etc.)
• Active days
• Number of check-ins


Health Connect integration:

Movva can connect to Health Connect to automatically import exercise data recorded in other compatible apps. This information is used exclusively to automatically fill in check-ins. Data may include:

• Active calories burned (or total calories if active calories are not available)
• Distance traveled
• Training sessions/exercise completed
• Total calories + Basal metabolic rate if active calories are not available

Using the integration is optional. You can also log activities manually.
