About this app

Mowdew is the shared record of truth for recurring home service — pool care, lawn and garden, and the visits in between. Every visit is logged, photographed, and billed in one place, so the homeowner and the business are always looking at the same thing.

EVERY VISIT, ON THE RECORD
• A live feed of every visit to your home — before-and-after photos, time on site, and a verified check-in.
• Pool chemistry on the record: pH, chlorine, and alkalinity read off the test strip on each visit, with a trend you can watch over time.
• A searchable payment ledger — every month, cleared or due, in one place.

FOR HOMEOWNERS — ALWAYS FREE
• See exactly when your pro arrived and left, and what they did.
• Pay an invoice in one tap with Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Mowdew never touches your money — it just opens your payment app with the amount prefilled.
• Request an extra visit or reschedule, right from the visit feed.

FOR PROS
• Today's route in order, with the shortest path and ETAs.
• Geofence-verified check-in: one tap confirms you're at the property, and you can always log a visit by hand if GPS is unavailable.
• Capture before-and-after photos and water chemistry, and send a field note to the office without sharing the customer's private details.

FOR THE BUSINESS
• Run your whole book — customers, money, routes, and reschedules.
• Build each invoice from the visits that actually happened, and email the PDFs.
• See who owes, send a nudge, and watch payments reconcile.

PRIVACY YOU CAN EXPLAIN
• Location is recorded per visit to log check-in and check-out — never continuously, and shared only with that property's homeowner.
• Homeowner-facing photos are stripped of location and camera metadata on upload.

Mowdew is free for homeowners. The business pays a simple monthly subscription; pros are free seats.

What’s new

Your crew gets "Your week": the next seven days with every booked job under its date, straight from Today.
Today's scheduled work shows each job's own art and says To do or Done in words.
Water care: every reading leads with its test-kit photo, and opens full-size.
One verified mark on every visit list, for owners, crew and homeowners alike.
Field notes carry several photos and play back voice notes. Equipment sheets name every field, and homeowners can correct their own list.
