The app is AWESOME!!! I LOVE all the different types of workouts in one convenient place. The instuctors are great! The worouts are easy to follow and I like most of the music. You can schedule 2 daily reminders. The pricing is a little tricky. So, be careful when ordering. They gave me a full year subscription for FREE. Because of the confusion or mix up with the monthly fees.

I was worried this would be a joke or scam but its amazing you get from it what you give to it. i was going to renew my subscription because its perfect for 10 minutes anywhere you find the time. but the cost is 56 bucks a month. my gym membership is 28 so unfortunately I have to let it go. I got it at 12 bucks a month so prices have jumped too high for me. its worth it if you can afford it.

if I could give this a negative score I would. Paid for a month subscription and then was also charged for "bonus" features that I didn't sign up for or want . Then I was told I would get a second month for the inconvenience. After 6 days of using the app, I got a notice that my subscription was expired and when I contacted them they told me I owed more money. Also workouts are only 5 minutes. Total scam.
