ots great each different exercise ypu only do about 30 seconds at a time so it goes by fast but it took me a minute to get my duration and moderation up to par.

So far so good. I've been looking for something to help me lose some stubborn pounds. I'm going to be positive that this will be the thing.

This is tough for a fat girl but I pray it'll help shed 80 lbs. After first workout I could barely move for a week lol😅😂🤣
