Use of Accessibility Service
This app uses the AccessibilityService API on Android 14 and above.
The permission is required to detect when you open selected apps and to display gentle reminders that encourage mindful use.
We do not read your data, messages, or content, nor do we collect or share any information.
Accessibility access is used only for the mindful-pause feature and can be disabled anytime in system settings.

3 days and then its $30?! $30 a year for an algorithm to do everything for you is insane. Like, I could see maybe having upgrades, tracking, improvement checking, ect for a subscription but jesus... You can't even have the base function without promising a charge and they dont even give you a week to try it out. Its just 3 days. 2 stars for piqued interest but -3 bc I didnt even get to try it out without promising you access to my money.

Great but need to pay for full capabilities. I love this app because it makes me be more intentional about my usage of certain apps whilst still allowing access when needed but unfortunately you can only use for one app if you don't pay for pro. this isn't really a problem for me because I also am using another app blocker in the background (stayFree) but if this is your primary app blocker then you will probably need pro

charged me after canceling my subscription, and then didnt answer any of my messages in order to fix it. could have potential but awful customer service
