I've come to the conclusion that Frontier's a joke. I'll be looking into other services. I try to call the number, and can't actually get through to anyone for help. All it does is set an in-person appointment, which I don't want, automatically with no input from you, tell you to go to the app to change it, and then have it not show up on the app. Can't get through to an agent on the app chat, either. Wifi keeps dropping, can't get service in most of the house, whole home equipment won't work.

Upsell marketing App. It doesn't do as much as the web based account you can set up. Everything that I needed it to do, it couldn't do, and the chat feature is a joke, unless you need to upgrade your service. I played with it for hours thinking I was missing something. I have 500 Mbps service, and took the test to see what speed I needed as a lark. I put in minimal needs, which should recommend less than 100 Mbps service, and it recommended an upgrade to 1 Gbps or higher service. What a scam!!

This app is generally awful, slow, lags, sometimes just won't load pages at all. But the best part is that you can't report an outage or contact anyone regarding your services, it will just tell you that there is an outage and it will tell you that they've resolved it. Regardless of whether you have internet or not. Currently sitting with a 14 hour outage that they texted me an hour ago was fixed- it isn't and their app even says it was fixed 10 hours ago. Would not recommend.
