I do enjoy the app. however I do not like that it takes extra long posting to the account verse just calling and making the payment and is not immediately took from my account like debit/credit normally does
Hello My Frontier Communications, I have one complaint to register with my account. Location of my Frontier Internet access account appeared to be held by a Herrin Illinois Zip code not my Marion Zip code 62959. This is in error due to the fact that legal right and wrong can be subjective rather than an accurate representation of the facts. Not my Legal Zip Location. Please consider our base still relies on how accurate the facts present location. Thanks for your service, Brian A Koller
Frontier as a service provider is perhaps the worst service around for reliability and actually being able to utilize the service. This app, customer service, and the unfortunate repair/IT staff who have to try to explain why subpar infrastructure results in poor unreliable service are Frontier's only strengths
I loved the app at first but now every month when I try to pay my bill it says server error and i have to uninstall it and reinstall it. I hate that
They got this app pretty much on point. Very user friendly and it makes viewing account information simple and accessible. Takes less than probably five minutes to pay your bill once you have it set up. Basically its very easy to use and makes paying bills as painless as pissible (no one can take away the pain of watching you bank account slowly drain) good job people!
Took me two seconds to pay my bill. that's what I'm talking about. I didn't have to pay an extra $3.50 to pay my bill either!!! I will always use this app from now on.
