I've come to the conclusion that Frontier's a joke. I'll be looking into other services. I try to call the number, and can't actually get through to anyone for help. All it does is set an in-person appointment, which I don't want, automatically with no input from you, tell you to go to the app to change it, and then have it not show up on the app. Can't get through to an agent on the app chat, either. Wifi keeps dropping, can't get service in most of the house, whole home equipment won't work.

Bad app, worse customer service. As an attempted new customer, it's been the poorest customer support experience I've ever had. As a pending new customer, the bot is useless and slow, and if you can ever reach support chat with a person, the app says it's not responding over and over (close or wait) so chat is nearly impossible. phone support is just as difficult, pushing people to this useless app. if you have to switch apps to get an order number or other info, the chat goes dead.

UPDATE 6/6/26: Still a 1 STAR rating. Still a horrible "app". It takes me to the internet every time to sign in and doesn't save my info so I have to log in every damn time!! And FIVE days to process a payment with increased rates... BS!! Glad I won't have them for much longer ORIGINAL App: Not user friendly. Works horribly if there is no internet (which is what I need help fixing!). Service: Hate that I always have to jump through hoops to get my router running properly after my power goes out
