REALLY GOOD APP...THANK YOU!!!! I like this app. It's very helpful. I LOVE the fact that (as someone else stated also) I can pay my bill in SECONDS (not even half a minute) to pay my bill!!!!!!!!!!!!! Way easier and better than waiting on the phone for hours, with other phone companies, just to have them switch you to someone else AND CHARGE A FEE TO PAY BY REP. ridiculous!! Sorry for my above rant, but this is a good company/customer app. I also really like how y'all put just about everything a frontier customer needs, all in one app.
CLASS ACTION LAWYER WANTED !! Frontier took over Verizon accounts and left account holders without (multiple) dozens of their movie purchases. So now account holders are out hundreds to thousands of dollars on their movie purchases and Frontier won't provide missing movies without proof of purchase. Verizon removed Frontier transferred account holder access to their accounts to view their digital online statements in which to prove their purchases to Frontier as well. So customers are left with having paid for movies they'll never be able to watch again unless they pay a second time. If you are a class action attorney interested in representing account holders or you're an account holder ripped off of your movies write to @socalifornian on twitter! As far as a review on the Frontier app, it works great to pay your bill but all the seamless features Verizon had like recording shows off the app are no longer available including controlling your TV through your app, listening to your voice mails etc. The app tricks you into thinking you have taped a show but the majority of the time it looks like it's set up but then doesn't actually tape. I've called so many times for all these issues & what a waste of time. EVEN the Frontier reps say there's nothing they can do about it. They plain and simple don't have the technology Verizon had and clearly it wasn't shared in their takeover of California accounts. And as far as the movies go if you can't prove you bought the movie you're out of luck! Not the only app flaw for sure. Frontier needs to get their act together!!
Easy I love how easy everything is. The part of love most is the ability to message someone instead of talk to them on the phone so I know exactly what they said. Paying my bill is really easy too it's only takes a few seconds.
My Frontier Communications My Way Great app very happy with the setup and content my last provider didn't have a my account app and i bet they wonder why i was always so late paying the bill with this app im able to pay my bill way before the due date now! So yea this app = better budget structure = priority alignment = no stress = happy wife = happy life!
This app is great! Quick way to pay my bill. It saves my card info so I don't have to put it in every time. Pay my bill with just one click. So easy.
Never works!!!! It keeps freezing every time I try to add my payment method. I installed the app because the Frontier website was doing the same thing. I've had to call to pay the past three months and I'm so sick of it. The hassle isn't worth the crappy Internet connection that I receive. Fix your stuff frontier!! I'm switching to suddenlink as soon as my contract is up.
