yet another outage (after a bill increase, surprise surprise, happens at least twice a month), I finally got enough service to try and chat and yet again the app stopped responding. so they closed the chat. My problem wasn't solved but because the app stops responding they disconnect, I'm in a window trying to get service enough to find out why my service won't be restored for 12 hours and the app stops responding, every single time I try and use it. This is unacceptable.

I rarely have to access the app. But when you need to access the app because your Internet is out, the app crashes consistently before you can get any kind of help. The AI agent is unhelpful and runs you around. there is always "and unexpected high volume of calls" so you never get any timely help. update 6/3/2025 Re-downloaded the app again. Still getting "app unresponsive" message while in the chat with the AI and agent.

My experience has slightly improved, but I still wouldn't say it's fantastic. The app won't let me log in half the time, even after updating it, and the website is also buggy as hell. Neither will let me update my payment method since I got my new card in, nor will it get rid of the offer no matter how many times I hit the X in the corner. The app keeps kicking me back to the home screen from trying to update my payment method, too. I can't cancel the card I have in there and re-add it, either.
