I've come to the conclusion that Frontier's a joke. I'll be looking into other services. I try to call the number, and can't actually get through to anyone for help. All it does is set an in-person appointment, which I don't want, automatically with no input from you, tell you to go to the app to change it, and then have it not show up on the app. Can't get through to an agent on the app chat, either. Wifi keeps dropping, can't get service in most of the house, whole home equipment won't work.

Get an email from Frontier saying they've changed pin number and to log onto account to view it. I don't log into things from an email link. Don't trust that. I go to log in on app and website. Both places pop up "Sorry, we can't log you in now, try again later." š¤·š¼āāļø So how am I supposed to view anything on my account? I thought the app was supposed to be convenient and secure but doesn't seem to work that way.

You would think an "Internet" company would have an App that works better. I have more issues than not when I try to access my account. I enter my user name and password, then get a screen asking for last name and street address because more info is needed to locate my account. I enter the info, but the submit button does nothing, and neither does cancel or done on my phone. It's terribly frustrating!
