Mostly a great service at a great price. Insights are very good and inline with current best practices. Advisors also are very open to clients experiences and understanding levels. I had a great time with them. There were some procedure issues I had with them, which I have been promised will be ironed out soon. Would highly recommend. Atleast the money sign part. They will onboard you themselves from there. 😶

I am very disappointed with the 1 finance app. It takes too long to send the OTP verification for logging in or making transactions. Sometimes, I have to wait for more than 10 minutes to receive the OTP, and by then, it has already expired. This is very frustrating and makes me lose trust in the app. I hope the developers fix this issue soon, as it is affecting the user experience and the app’s reputation. I would not recommend this app to anyone until this problem is resolved.
