Outscroll turns scrolling into something you earn.
Choose the apps that take too much of your day, and Outscroll keeps them locked. Earn Minutes with camera-counted reps and holds, then spend them on the apps you chose. When the Minutes you spent on an unlock run out, the lock comes back.
HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the apps you want to block.
• Put your phone down and exercise in front of the camera: push-ups, squats, sit-ups, planks and more.
• Earn Minutes and spend them on the apps you chose.
• Out of Minutes and it can't wait? Free unlocks have your back: two a day with Premium, one on the free plan, unless Hard Mode removes them.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Camera frames are processed in memory on your phone. They are never saved or uploaded.
• Blocking uses Android's AccessibilityService API, which you enable yourself. It detects the foreground app to lock the apps you chose; it never reads screen content, passwords or keystrokes.
• Exercise data stays on your phone. Subscription records are processed by RevenueCat and Google Play.
• No account and no ads.

Outscroll is free to use with no time limit: two blocked apps, two exercise sessions a day and one free unlock a day.
Outscroll Premium removes the blocked-app and exercise-session limits and adds the Daily Goal, workouts, training plans, Minutes from steps and reminder options.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The standard yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The monthly plan and discounted yearly offer have no free trial and are charged at purchase.
Payment begins after the trial unless you cancel before it ends, or at purchase if no trial applies. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Prices and trial terms are shown in the app before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
