Parta Watch is a local multi-video workspace for anyone who needs to review footage side by side, frame by frame, without uploading anything anywhere.

FOUR PANELS, ONE WORKSPACE
Open one to four local videos at a time, including the same file loaded into more than one panel. Choose from sixteen layouts, including grid, linear and asymmetric arrangements, and rearrange the view around your work rather than forcing your work into a fixed grid.

INDEPENDENT CONTROL, PER PANEL
Playback, speed, mute, volume, looping, transforms and visual adjustments are all controlled independently, panel by panel. Play, pause, seek and repeat every video on its own terms, at seven speeds from 0.25x to 2x, with a different rate on every panel if you need it.

STATE-PRESERVING SWAP
Move a video between panels without losing your place. Timeline position, play state, playback rate, volume, zoom, pan, rotation, mirror, A/B markers and visual adjustments all move with the panel, not reset to default.

MICRO-SYNC
Choose a reference panel, then a target, and bring them to the same moment. Micro-Sync transfers effective timeline position, playback rate and playing or paused state between panels for fast, direct comparison. This is not continuous frame-lock synchronisation. A small residual delay may remain.

FOCUSED REVIEW WITH A/B LOOPING
Set A and B markers on any panel to repeat only the passage that matters, rather than scrubbing back manually every time. Combine looping with slow motion down to 0.25x for detailed frame-by-frame study, or move through footage quickly at up to 2x when you just need an overview.

VISUAL ACCESSIBILITY
Tune brightness, contrast and saturation independently per panel, or switch any individual panel to grayscale. Global Protan, Deutan and Tritan modes provide additional visual distinction across the entire workspace. These are visual accessibility aids, not medical correction, diagnosis or treatment.

RENDERING PROFILES
Choose between Quality, Balanced and Performance profiles to match visual fidelity and interface responsiveness to your specific device and workload, whether you're running a light two-panel comparison or a demanding four-panel session with heavy transforms applied.
